🌍 Shipping Information

Handling Time:
Our handling time is between 1–4 business days. At checkout, you’ll be able to choose from different shipping options.

Next Day Delivery (UK only):
If you select Next Day Delivery, your order must be placed before 1PM (UK time) for same-day dispatch. Orders placed after 1PM will be processed the next working day.

📦 Delivery Estimates

  • United Kingdom:
    Delivery takes 1–4 business days, depending on the shipping method selected. All UK orders are fully tracked.

  • Europe:
    Delivery takes approximately 4–11 business days, depending on the shipping method selected. All options are fully tracked.

  • Rest of the World:
    Delivery is estimated between 5–15 business days, depending on your location. Shipping is fully tracked.

📌 Customs & International Orders

International customers, please be aware that your parcel may be subject to customs checks and duties. These charges are not included in our shipping fees and vary by country.
OnHerDeen Clothing is not responsible for any customs taxes or delays due to customs clearance. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

 

📮 Incorrect Address or Missed Collection

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. If your parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect it from a pickup point in time, the following will apply:

  • Postage costs will not be refunded

  • If you would like the item resent, you will be required to pay for postage again

We are not responsible for parcels returned due to address errors or missed collection windows. Always double-check your address details before placing your order.
