The abaya is cotton and comfortable. The loose sleeves and the option to tie them makes it wudu friendly. I would recommend for up to size 20 for loose and modest fit but be wary of the bust, i think its around 45 inches for 58 but the seller is responsive so you can ask for measurements to make sure.
The customer service is great i hear you get a few cute freebies though my parcel got stolen so i don't have to show. That being said, the seller offered me either a refund or a replacement even though it was the couriers fault and not the company which is very kind and gave fast track signed shipping so i can receive in time for an event i was going to. The seller also has excellent quality control and offered a heavy discount for abayas not up to standard, mine had like one loose thread and it was discounted

This abaya is so pretty Allahumabarik. It’s airy, the sleeves have hidden poppers so you can open and close them dependent on how open you want them to be, it is very modest and covers everything so you don’t have to worry about your back or neck or ankles showing alhamdulillah. Most importantly, it has pockets!!!
