Our Handling time is between 1-2 days normally  in Ramadan and Eid 3-4 days handling time.

All UK orders are shipped with DHL for next day 1hr slot delivery All international orders take between 3-4 days fully tracked straight to your doorstep.

Are your jilbabs and Abayas Only one size only ?

No we do all individual sizes so our jilbabs are Petite Standard and Tall you can check our size charts to help you figure out your sizing .

Does OnHerDeen accept refunds ?

Yes we do accept refunds you have 14 days to return your item from the day you received your product you will be liable for the postage to return your item  your item. The product needs to be in its original packaging and condition it went out in if there any signs of damage or smell of perfume them we will send it back too you and you will not receive a refund so please be careful . If your not sure please look at our refund policy
