Shipping / Lost Parcel / Wrong Address

📮 Incorrect Address or Missed Collection

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. If your parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect it from a pickup point in time, the following will apply:

  • Postage costs will not be refunded

  • If you would like the item resent, you will be required to pay for postage again

We are not responsible for parcels returned due to address errors or missed collection windows. Always double-check your address details before placing your order.

 


📦 Shipping & Lost Parcel Policy

Once your order has been dispatched, we are no longer responsible for any delays, losses, or damages that may occur during transit.

Customers are given the option to choose tracked or untracked shipping at checkout. Please note:

  • If you choose untracked shipping, you do so at your own risk.

  • We highly recommend selecting tracked shipping for added peace of mind and delivery assurance.

If you selected tracked shipping and your parcel has not arrived, you must notify us within 30 days from the date of dispatch. After this period, we are unable to offer a refund or replacement, as we can no longer investigate with the courier.

No refunds, replacements, or credits will be issued for lost parcels if untracked shipping was selected.
