You have 30 days to return your item to us from the day you received it. It has to be in its original packaging and condition you received it in.

once we received your item you'll be notified by email.

Our team will check your item to make sure its in the original condition, if everything is fine with your return then we will refund which will take 3-5 working days to land back into your account.

Got a return? No problemo! Just remember, if your item has a heavy scent of perfume or any mysterious stains, we won't be able to give you a refund. And oh, makeup? Nope, can't have that either. But don't worry, if we can't resell your item, we'll send it back to you and unfortunately, you won't get a refund. So let's keep it clean and smudge-free for a smooth return process!

Exchanges are welcomed , please bear in mind we cant send out the exchanged product until we receive your original product back

Shipping and handling time for UK parcel is 3 days normally from orders to dispatched and delivery.

International shipping is different depending on where you live but its general between 3-8 days in the world but it does tell you in checkout anyway but if your unsure contact us we are always happy to help.
