Refund policy

You have 14 days to return your item from the day you received it.

Its your duty to pay for the return postage OnHerDeen is not responsible for this . 

Your item has to be in the original condition you received it in and please be aware your items can not smell of perfume so please be careful when trying on because if this happens your items will get sent back to you as we can not resale these . Once we checked the item returned your refund will be issued within two days
