Yes we do accept refunds you have 14 days to return your item from the day you received your product you will be liable for the postage to return your item your item. The product needs to be in its original packaging and condition it went out in if there any signs of damage or smell of perfume them we will send it back too you and you will not receive a refund so please be careful .
